GSM/GPRS Gateway for Telephone, Fax, Modem and PC without Fixed Network Access
RT3000 from Dr. Neuhaus Telekommunikation makes it possible to install a temporary or stationary fixed network connection at difficult-toaccess or mobile locations in maritime environment.
The gateway, its electronic interior specially protected against humidity through protective coating, provides wireless communication between analogue terminal devices and PCs to the GSM/GPRS radio network.
This makes it possible to transmit voice, data, fax and text messaging via telephone and fax machines, modems and PCs even when there is no fixed network connection available on location. The RT3000 is also equipped with highspeed Internet access via GPRS.
To ensure operation in the event of a power failure, the device is also equipped with a rechargeable battery.
