We all recognize the growing relevance of ecological questions and challenges that we are facing today, and that we are likely to face in the future. The company Dr. Neuhaus Telekommunikation GmbH acts responsibly with regard to these questions and it is obliged to environmental protection. Business decisions and actions reflect our responsibility for mankind and nature.

New product development takes environmental aspects into account. This includes the selection of components, the actual production process, and the selection of packaging materials.


RoHS/WEEE-Directive

Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act - ElektroG

The "Act Governing the Sale, Return and Environmentally Sound Disposal of Electrical and
Electronic Equipment” regulates, among other things, the obligations of the manufacturers of such equipment.

Dr. Neuhaus Telekommunikation GmbH registered with the Foundation for the “Waste Electrical Equipment Register” on 31 October 2005. Dr. Neuhaus Telekommunikation GmbH’s WEEE registration number is 3132 3053.

All the products manufactured by Dr. Neuhaus Telekommunikation GmbH comply with the requirements of the following EU directives: 2002/96/EG (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) and 2002/95/EG (Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment). All the equipment has been labelled accordingly since September 2006.

REACH-Regulation

Supply of non-chemical products

Dr. Neuhaus Telekommunikation GmbH supplies non-chemical products (articles) only. In addition, all of the products you purchase are designed not to release any such substances under normal and reasonably foreseeable conditions of use. As a result, the obligations described in Section 31 and Section 32 are not relevant here.

Information on substances in non-chemical products

The Candidate List of Substances of Very High Concern for Authorization was first published on 29 October 2008. To the best of our knowledge, however, our products do not currently contain any of the substances recorded on this “Candidate List” in an amount of more than 0.1 mass-%.
